On 25th October 2005 the company passed the audit by GemerAudit a certifying company for Quality Management Systems and thus gained the STN EN ISO 9001:2001 / EN ISO 9001:2000 certification. The Quality Management System may be applied on the following activities:

• Production of heat exchangers for heating, air-conditioning and cooling
• Radiator production
• Production of Coolers for power semiconductors

Constantly increasing customer satisfaction by supplying high quality products has gradually become a part of all HPM Therm staff ´s philosophy. The company started to create the quality management system according to the process of norm STN EN ISO 9001:2001. Following a management decision in 2005 this happened using the following steps:

• regular functional checks
• consistent application of preventative principles in both quality management and in processes
• increasing technological facilities standard and capacity
• systematically improving employees work culture
• moral and economical motivation of the staff aimed at achieving a more responsible approach to work and quality at all levels
• systematically reducing the negative impact of the production process on the environment
