HPM Therm s.r.o. is a dynamic developing company focused on the manufacture of products for the HVAC industry. Products are used in air-conditioning, heating and cooling systems.
The company was established in September 1998 and has been operating within the European market for nine years. Management and employee experience and know-how in the design, construction and manufacture of heat exchangers goes back as far as 1982 (Vzduchotechnika, Nové Mesto nad Váhom, lately Jozef Mayr Slovensko).
Currently the company has 48 employees of which 10 are technical /commercial staff. Production is carried out in the company’s own facility. (approximately 4000m2 of roofed manufacturing and warehousing areas). Almost 70% of company production is exported. The current split of production is 70% heat exchangers Cu/Al, 25% radiators and 5% heat pipe coolers. Apart from the manufacturing part of the company with its base in Moravské Lieskové there is also a commercial office in Bratislava dealing with the German- speaking customers and focusing mainly at Cu/Al heat exchangers. Through technological modernization our activity has increased in the Swiss, Spanish, French, British, Norwegian, Polish and Russian markets along side our traditional markets in Germany, Austria, Czech Republic and Slovakia, of course.
As a result of good marketing, flexible lead times, high quality service, improved labour productivity and high quality production we expect to be successful in retaining and extending our business activities within the European Union (EU) market. Through constant market analysis, gradual modernization of production technologies and the introduction of new products we expect positive development in the coming years which will bear fruit financially as well as satisfying quantitative and qualitative demands of both existing and new customers.
The company is also aware of the importance and impact of the working environment for its employees. To this end we are constantly taking precautions to improve health & safety at work, fire safety and quality of work environment.
The company is an important local employer and it provides good employment possibilities. An active commercial policy has increased not only production itself but it has also enabled the creation of new jobs in the region (from 24 original employees in 1999 up to the current 48 employees).
